Just installed this set up and I highly recommend it. I had terrible bump steer and replaced ball joints, axle joints and rebuilt steering box. The bump steer became less with each improvement but it was still there and it was not fun to drive. I replaced the stock steering linkage with the Stone Crusher system and it feels like a brand new truck.

I got my spacers off ebay, you can get them in just about any size. I have a set of 16 x 8's I believe with 4" BS and they rub the bolt on my stonecrusher TRO setup. If I go to a saddle mount it would clear. I plan to run 18+'s on that rig so I will have clearance and run the tro as stonecrusher has it set. They do sell the saddle now though.

Stonecrusher has a complete kit for the Bronc for a very reasonable price. Do a quick search of this forum for his contact info. It'll be leaps and bounds stronger than the stock linkage.

I just replaced my StoneCrusher steering set up with RuffStuff's 7/8" kit. It uses 1.5" .250 wall DOM, weld in tube adapters, 7/8" heims with misalignment spacers for 3/4" hardware. My drag link sets at a 7* angle, so I put a 7* bend in the the steering arm end. That way the heim sets neutral at ride height.

stonecrusher steering- no matter what kit you buy, you'll want this, the drop pitman arm in most lifts don't really drop enough extended brake lines (self explained) longer radius arms (several different ways to do this. stonecrusher sells stuff to make them i think, or can mod your stock ones- search on TRS for this) ford f250 shock towers

Luke, I'm running almost that exact same setup. I have 79 knuckles with disc brakes, Stonecrusher steering with TRO, wheels with 4" BS and 1.25" Spidertrax spacers. It works great, and unless you know the spacers are in there you don't notice them at all. I don't have a good pic of just the front axle, but could take a couple if you'd like.
